I didn't realize that i was slouching, but my kids noticed and I have been pretty good at exercise than menopause hit and well after using this back contouringbrace, I felt the slouch, and got back into my stretching routine , this helps wonderfully, I'm breathing better, more freedom of motion in everyday duties. What I didn't like was the smell of rubber? Had to change and shower after wearing it.

I am 5’6 weigh 240 thought that purchasing the 2x was adécuate because it’s always hard to find my size. My back gives me so many problems. It was too big for me. My husband does use it and it’s perfect. Going to order in a smaller size and hopefully it will work for me.
